TV Series “Sofa”

ANEM has, in cooperation with the production of "ShockArt" and author Olivera Milos Todorovic, provided its stations with free broadcast of six half-hour programs of the new TV series "Sofa".

This cycle of the TV series "Sofa" is intended to affect the change of traditional misconceptions deeply rooted in our mentality, through discussions with reputable individuals and intellectuals, who have not been exposed in the media but have been recognized and valued as extraordinary and high-quality people, respected as experts in the areas of their interest. Guests of these programs are: Zijah Sokolovic - actor, Mileta Prodanovic - painter and writer, Svenka Savic - Professor emeritus, Zikica Simic - psychologist and rock journalist, Igor Milanovic - coach of water polo team Partizan and Nadezda Milenkovic - creative director of advertising campaigns.

The series opens up questions like: If this world is not based on truth, rather on delusions, whether those peaceful, good, patient and fair, those who wait, change the world or is it better to be Don Quixote? How to rise above the new popular trend of spirituality? Is it an illusion that the status of Roma women is predestined with birth? Is rock and roll as a social phenomenon an illusion that we still believe in, in times of dominance of music industries and globalization? Is it a misconception that the main purpose of sports is psycho-physical health and that parents, in the name of child's health, in fact, want to have a future champion? Is it naïve to understand that sport that promotes health is liberated from economic interests that unite politicians, mafia and crime? Is it a misconception that only the best get jobs in marketing business or it is only important that you are "on the team"? The guests present their views on all these issues openly and without political phrasing.

Following the series premiere on the Belgrade Studio B television, ANEM stations are given the exclusive right to premiere broadcast in their cities, which will facilitate national coverage of the series, given the fact that none national TV station broadcast this series.

As of May 2010, the series is broadcast free of charge on 25 ANEM local and regional TV stations: RTV OK from Kovacica, TV Pirot from Pirot, RTV Bor from Bor, TV Alfa from Uzice, TV VK from Kikinda, RTV Pancevo from Pancevo, RTV Caribrod from Caribrod, TV Apolo from Novi Sad, RTV Zajecar from Zajecar, RTV Kraljevo from Kraljevo, TV 017 from Vranje, RTV Mag from Obrenovac, TV Leskovac from Leskovac, RTV Prima from Bajina Basta, RTV Krusevac from Krusevac, RTV Sokobanja from Sokobanja, TV Niska from Nis, TV Spektar from Sombor, TV Jedinstvo from Novi Pazar, RTV Trstenik from Trstenik, RTV Cuprija from Cuprija, TV Valjevo from Valjevo, TV Cacak from Cacak, RTV Santos from Zrenjanin and RTV Mlava from Petrovac on Mlava.
