ANEM, NUNS AND NDNV SUBMITTED AN OFFICIAL LETTER TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON THE OCASSION OF PROPOSED CHANGES OF THE BROADCASTING LAW
On May 22, 2009. ANEM, NUNS and NDNV have submitted the Official Letter to National Assembly, on the occasion of the proposed Law Amending the Broadcasting Law.
In this Letter, coming after the Public Statement, three media organizations demand of Assembly to say no to proposed Law, which enables the creation of inacceptable control mechanism of nomination proceeding for RBA Council members.
It was also demanded of the Assembly deputies to provide the continuance of already started proceeding for the election of the RBA Council members.
